Viviana Torres , Tasting Room Manager

 Viviana joined Graveyard Vineyards in 2012. You will often see her pouring wine for guests, laughing with them and joking around. When she is not with guests, she is working around the Tasting Room, at the computer or helping the owners with whatever they need. Vivi takes pride in her work and does everything she can to make sure everyone has a smile on their face. It’s important to her that everyone leaves happy. She takes pride in her knowledge of wine and loves when people ask questions and if she doesn’t have the answer, she will find it for you.

Outside work: Vivi enjoys being at home, reading a good book and catching up on any house chores. She tends to be a homebody and enjoys quiet time to herself. She often enjoys spending time with her father and going out on father daughter lunch dates.

Favorite Wine: “ It’s hard to choose just one favorite wine, I love all of them. But if I have to choose just one, I would say the Grüner Veltliner is my go to wine. Its easy drinking, and probably one of the most unique varietals I have come across.”
